USA Federal Government Targets Transgender Policy After 5-Year-Old Gets Sexually Assaulted

A Georgia school’s transgender bathroom policy is being examined by the U.S. Department of Education as it investigates the sexual assault of a 5-year-old girl in a school bathroom.

The Alliance Defending Freedom filed a complaint about the incident on behalf of the girl’s parent.
